In-house toolmaking: shorter routes, faster iterations

From the first CAD draft to first article inspection, the entire tooling process stays in our hands. Design, CNC milling, EDM and polishing are all done in-house — which shortens response times and protects know-how.

For complex profiles we simulate the flow in the die digitally beforehand. This lets us detect wall thickness variations or warpage before the tool is even built.

Changes to existing tools are typically implemented within a few days. That keeps you flexible as a customer, even when requirements change during product development.
